La BouteilleTM a wine and beer boutique , is located in the 'friendliest town in the south' at the Blue Ridge foothills at 10A North Trade Street. Let Morris (the Tryon landmark horse) guide you to us, as you follow his gaze right into our shop. We are not 'wine or beer' snobs by any means, we just appreciate a good quality handcrafted wine or brew. Allow us to introduce you to some unique handpicked selections of wine and beer. We cater to novices and the adventurous connoisseurs alike, whether you are choosing an everyday wine or beer with dinner, or that fine wine or handcrafted beer for a special occasion. Here, you are encouraged to follow your palate and not the 'ratings'--the ultimate decision should be yours. At the same time, we want you to like what you choose, so here, you can buy wine/beer by the glass to sample, or you can buy by the bottle or case. You can even make your own six-pack of handcrafted brews to try at home. Take a break from this fast paced world of mass 'factory' production and impersonal service. We invite you to come in... stay a while as your peruse through our unique and varied local as well as international selections ... engage your senses as you sample the high quality handcrafted wines and beers.... and learn about their history.
Our Mission is..........to be the premiere shop for wine and beer needs by offering a broad and unique selection of wine and beer that you won't see at the '-mart', and to offer the best quality and value for your wine and beer experience. ......to bring the vineyard or brewery to you--every month we will feature some local wines and beer that you can sample for a nominal fee. ......to take the guesswork out of choosing the right wine or beer. You can buy many of our wines by the glass, or purchase any craft beer by the bottle and enjoy them in the shop, relaxing in the glass retail window watching folks stroll by. (Don't like window shopping?...."Honey, I'll be in here. Take your time") .......to help you find what you want--if you don't see what you want, select one from our vendor lists and we'll get it for you. .......to offer group tasting events with local wineries and breweries, and unique gourmet accompaniments. We are available for private events, meetings, and parties for small groups and large families. .......to preserve historic landmarks for future generations to enjoy; we have done our little part to help fix up our store, and be a part of a very unique shopping experience. .......to promote respect for fine wines, craft beers, and uphold local, state and federal laws related to their distribution and consumption.
